  1. This is probably the BEST thing I’ve read in a long time! You nailed it on absolutely everything! Could not have said it better, if I had written it myself! Made me laugh and cry! Not that our RSD is anything to laugh about but I know humor helps me get through it, every day. Laughter truly is the best medicine!

  2. WOW, can I relate. I have gained 45 pounds, and on a 5’4″ frame that is noticeable, everyone tells me I look great, but that is because before I was, according to my friends, sickly thin. OK, so I no longer look like I am on deaths door, but I feel fat.especially since all the weight accumulates around my mid-section. May I have a magic wand please????

  3. Wonderful post… and may I say “me too”? Body Image Disturbance… the challenges the body has in accommodating this extra body that it has manufactured (out of the “mouse meals” my family make good hearted fun of, that are all my messed up GI system can withstand… good job (i guess…). Anyhow, yup. You took the words right out of my mouth.
Love you. Love your writing, too. 🙂

  4. Wonderful to read such good-hearted, heartfelt comments. Thank you, CRPS compatriots!

I’m only sorry it took so long to post them. The downside to using a WordPress backend is that I’m simply swimming in spam. It takes real time and a good internet connection to sort out the real ones 🙂
